Mr Kubo has over 16 years’ experience in software technology development, music and entertainment, event and music production. Mr Kubo successfully launched a Virtual SNS XANA , community app TOUKU, in 2020. Prior to that, Mr Kubo established entertainment online media "INDIVIDUAL" and "KAWAII JAPAN”, established "KIZNA GLOBAL LIMITED", produced BBC documentary "Road To Fame" and music for the TV drama "Traditional". As DJ for group NOBORDERZ, Mr Kubo took part in three world tours, received the Prince Naruhiko Higashinomiya International Cultural Award and appeared in Summer Sonic music festival Shanghai , a one of the largest music festival. He is also founder of NOBORDERZ, a software developer focused on the next generation of digital applications.
Mr Kejriwal has over 30 years’ experience in finance and commerce, and is currently a consultant to Juniper Capital Partners Limited, a natural resource investment and advisory business. Prior to Juniper Capital, he was a banker leading investment transactions across oil and gas, mining, real estate and asset management sectors. He has previously worked as a banker for the Principal Investments business at Nomura in London and Hong Kong, Cazenove & Co and Morgan Stanley. Mr Kejriwal is currently a Director of ASX listed Apollo Minerals, Chief Financial Officer at London listed Chesterfield Resources plc and a Vice-Chair/Trustee at the Dormers Wells Learning Trust. Mr Kejriwal is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1994.
Mr Afzal has over 14 years’ experience in finance, and is currently a Director for Juniper Capital Partners Limited, a natural resource investment and advisory business. Prior to Juniper Capital, he worked for Crosby Capital Limited’s Merchant Banking and Private Equity teams. Mr Afzal is a director for Bosonic Energy, a power generation, transmission and distribution business. Mr Afzal holds a Post Graduate Certificate Mining Development from Camborne School of Mines, MSc. Applied and Computational Mathematics from University of Oxford and BSc. Mathematics from Kings College London.
