How to download XANA for Oculus? – XANA APP

Step 1

  • Visit the website by clicking on the below link to create an account on Oculus Developer

  • You must be logged in to view this page, Click the Login button.
  • To continue with Facebook, click on the Log in with Facebook button.
  • Tap the Log in with Facebook button to continue.

 *Facebook Login page will appear on your screen.

1. Write your registered Email address or phone number in the given field. 

2. Write your password in the Password field.

3. Click on the Log In button.

  • Click on continue.
  • Create your Oculus username and click the “Continue” button
  • Create your Oculus Pin and Password and press the Continue button.
  • Confirm Email address and click the Continue button
  • Create Organization name, click on the I understand checkbox and press the Submit button.
  • Mark the checkbox after reading terms and conditions then click on the I Agree button to proceed.

Step 2

  • Install ADB Drivers by clicking this link, mark the I have read and agree to the terms checkbox then click on the Download button
  • Once downloaded extract the file using winrar or other software.
  • Open the extracted folder, right click android_winusb and click install.

Step 3

  • Enable developer mode on oculus app
    Open oculus app and go to settings then click oculus settings
  • Click on your oculus quest device, click on More Settings option.
  • Click on Developer Mode and toggle it on.

Step 4

  • Connect headset to PC and check Always allow from this computer then click on the OK button in the headset.

Step 5

  • Download and install sidequest
    Go to this link and press GET SIDEQUEST button, then select your desired platform i.e. Windows, macOS, etc

  • Once downloaded double click on file to open setup and click the Next button.
  • Select location to install then click the Install button
  • Click on Finish
  • Connect Oculus quest to your PC and open the app. There will be a green indicator which will show the quest is connected to oculus quest.

Step 6

  • Search for XANA on the top right search bar install app on Quest.
  • Click on Install to headset and app will start to install on sidequest.
